Sea Eagle Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 (edited) Fished in Chapleau last week. Took a couple days to figgure it out. They were just coming off of a Mayfly hatch from the previous week and our usual program of trolling crank baits behind planer boards was only good for one fish (5.2 lbs). Down sized to jigs and crawlers and used the electric trolling motor and started getting into them. Here are a couple of fish photos and the view out the window of our cabin. ALLEYES Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 The last time I fished that area we were run out of camp (tents) by bears in camp. 7 bears in 5 days. The fishing was good though.
Just Hook'n Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 That is awesome. Love the picture of the dock. Perfection.
GLF Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 Great view from you cabin! Nice job adjusting to the fish.
