Kasich vetoed a bill that would have allowed individual businesses to each siphon close to 19 million litres of water out of Lake Erie, every day, without state approval. It also would have allowed the businesses to siphon an additional 7.5 million litres from creeks and rivers in the lake's watershed.More...
