Well, we bumbled around again last night starting at 120 out to 210 and back. Had absolutely nothing on the trip out. Picked up a small shaker at 201 on a blue dolphin 75 down on a rigger. Dad released it along with the contents of his shirt pocket- glasses in a case, pencil, receipt, 8GB sd card. Looped around to find the glasses and receipt but no pencil or sd card. If you find a card out there let me know Anyway, we made it in to 118 fow and picked up a nice 15# king. It hit our dipsy 150 back pulling a no see um fly.

I don't know if it's me or not, but we are not finding the fish real well this year. Anyone else fishing Grand Haven? Similar results?

I fish out of Mona Lake and this year has been very inconsistent for me. I'm hoping it's going to start improving anytime now. Thanks for the report.

I've been fishing out of GH when I can, and the fish have been real spotty. Usually catch one, sometimes two, but haven't been lighting it up that's for sure. Nothing huge either, but I've been chalking it up to inexperience

Unless you have been dragging bottom for lakers the past 4 weeks, the fishing has been spotty. It will get better. The silver fish are moving in.
