Buffalo Bite 5/27/11

We fished out of Buffalo last night 5/27 -5/28 from Buffalo to West of Hamburg and back.

Managed to boat 25 eyes between 2-6 pounds. And I managed to break one off, don't know what it was except heavy and in a real hurry to get away from our boat !

Water was real muddy at Buffalo, till we cleared the windmills. From about Smokes to west of Hamburg, the water kept getting cleaner.

Surface temp was 57-58 degree's.

This past year the walleye action in 45 to 50 ft of water was outstanding most of the summer close to Buffalo with limits for everyone. I did best with 5 colors of leadcore snd firetiger Renosky's at 2.0 mph.Biggest was 10.4 lbs!
