Killin' It Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 Does anyone use it?If so how do you connect it. I used small ball berring swivels this spring for browns/steelies and then 8-9 foot of floro then a torpedo snap. I was thinking of running the same set up as this spring witha torpedo ball berring snap.9-10 feet of 100% floro by Berkley, I LOVE THIS STUFF BTW!!!
mattmishler Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 Like most people i run braid on my riggers then have a 60ft leader of 20lb floro. It works great for use. We attach it with a double uni knot i believe. No need for a little spro
killerbe20 Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 i use an arms length (about 6ish feet) of Blood Run Fluorocarbon attached to a "stopper" swivel and bead then to my 20lb main line mono. Most people that do not fish on the big lake do not know when to stop reeling. they are usually reeling from the time the fish hits until the fish is on the deck and you actually take the rod/reel out of their hands. the "stopper" swivel prevents the fish from being reeled up through the rod and into the reel.
Side JOB Posted May 20, 2011 Posted May 20, 2011 I have two spolled wit 20 lb flouro and two 15 flouro
