DIRTY DOG Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Had a good day on the lake with Eye Full and the Fish Sniffer. We left the dock around 6 am and started to set lines in 70 fow and started on a south troll . We ended the day at 12:30 going 9 for 13 with all nice kings. Most of our fish came a little over half way to Saugatuck in around 90 fow give or take 5 feet. W e also made it out to the 120 mark at one point and just could not find much . Well heres a pic of what caught fish. and one of the catch. And yes there IS PINK rigger rods in the pic., these are none as the Fish Sniffer SISSY STICKS, costum built by Tony and man do the work nice. Also in the pic is a Blood Run Copper Rod that worked AWSOME, thanks for comeing along and thanks to Tony for letting use ABUSE some new costum rods:thumb:
fishsniffer Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Don't doubt the sissy sticks folks. They are awesome. Another great time in the books. It was nice fishing with you guys:thumb:
In The Net Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 nice job. We need to keep trolling south when we go back to holland becasue we always stop about a mile south of the pier heads.
SUPERTRAMP Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Good Job Terry, The fish look great but PINK rods?????. Well done by all.
Paulywood Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Good job Terry. Got good news on the boat, mechanic thinks that the seal around the fill plug was just bad. He is going to pull it and pressure test it just in case. Also changing the impellor while he's at it.
Eyefull Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Many thanks to Terry, great fun, and good eats now. Don, you got the guys worried, they don't want to get shown up with pink rods, even if they're bad ass:D. Couldn't have asked for a better day on the water, great friends, great fishing, now great eating as well, doesn't get better. I'll try and get some video posted of the action in the coming days.Like Terry said, we tested the new "Blood Run" series copper rod and it exceeded my expectations. Look for these things soon, just starting to ramp up production on them, especially after confirming they are as advertised on the water this weekend. Great action, lots of power, but with a nice soft feel while fighting.
sjk984 Posted May 14, 2011 Posted May 14, 2011 Nice job Terry Thanks for the pics. I always read what colors guys are using but the pics really help out.

Just Hook'n Posted May 17, 2011 Posted May 17, 2011 Way to go Terry. I also have one pink rod. I call it the kitchen sink. If that one is out, you can bet not much is working.
