Moby Dick Posted April 21, 2011 Posted April 21, 2011 Went out of New Buffalo at 7:30 this morning. Didn't look very bad till we got to the end of the piers. Went out past the piers to see if it was calmer but found some really rough water. Too much for my 16'7" Whaler. Never even put a line down. Well, maybe next Monday will be fishable.

Killin' It Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 I did not fish this morning because of the possible weather. Looking back I could have got out early this morning for a few. Fished AM and Pm yesterday and got fish both trips. Went in early last night because my buddie didnt dress his GF warm enough. Oh well I hope to get out Sat night or Sunday morning.

Far Beyond Driven Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 Crap, in my 14' on my week off we caught over 70 fish on 8 gallons of gas. I can't even run out and back in my big boat on 8 gallons......
