Watch the two videos, both show you the same thing, but there is something completely different between the two on how they perform the task.

Which guy would you want working on your stuff.

the reason this sticks out so much for me is I spend alot of time fixing other peoples mindless mistakes because they don't take time to do a good job.

You're correct. Makes you appreciate someone who takes their time and is careful. That second guy reminds me why I do all my work myself.

I can find problems with both video's

I would like to see what each guy would do with a prop that dont want to come off

or a out drive thats stuck/stubbern

What are we going to do when the going gets tough?

less than half of these sort of out drive removals go this easy if they are not done anually

I have been removing mine every year, I pull the hyd arms, lift the out drive up, put a 3/4" steel rod in between the drive and the gimble ring and let the weight of the out drive push itself out, this work's very smooth with no binding.
