We set up south of the junk cars and fished our way to the plant and ended the morning around 11 going 34 for 38. Some of the baits that worked were as follows. red and black squiggle thin fish 4" protrolls with green and black flys on both riggers 8 back and 12 down. copper backed Silver Streak min in a raptor on a 2 color Silver Streak mini in a lady bug on a 2 color j-9 gold org Rapela ondiver out 35 Silver Streak Margarita mini on a diver out 30 Also we did most of the damage in15 to 20 fow with a gps speed of 2.8 to 3.0. At one time all 11 rods had fish on at the same time! And heres the 20 that we kept. Thanks for comeing along guys, it was a blast.

JWheeler Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 So the million dollar question..... You have 11 on which rod do you go for? See how many get the right answer Nice job on the fishing!
Side JOB Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 I recall most of us with to rods in hand with fish on. I was like a bassmaster tourney fish flying everwhere. It was an awesome trip, thanks again Terry
JWheeler Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Okay here it is. When multiple fish are hitting at the same time how do you know which rod to grab. The rule is..........always go for the line with the biggest fish on it.
CAC Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 WTG Terry! Thanks for the inspiring post. I get my boat Tuesday, it won't be long now.
