j1musser Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 I had a cushion made for my cooler top that is made of gore tex. Cool eh? Yeah nothing wants to stick to gore tex. I have industrial strength velcro for easy on off, but its ridiculous to try to sew on. Reg velcro wont stick to rough cooler. Any thoughts?

Boltman Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 I fourcur on the snaps Idea but would like to see the sanps that are screwed into the cooler, Through bolted, with small Machine screws and larger fender washers inside the cooler for more strength for pulling off the female snap........ Just some advice from your Loving Boltman... in the screw business.
