Nailer Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Call me crazy, obsessed, or just plane nuts!, but I want a 14 pounder. Muskegon Lake open up after the weekend warm spell, and the boys wanted to try it, so I said sure. The air temp was 31 deg. The water temp was 32.4 deg. and the sky was snowing, and blowing! Unfortunately the fish where not snapping as I had hoped. We landed 3 Walleye, as well as 1 pike. Two where twin 8 ponders, and the other a 3 pounder. The boat now sits in the barn covered in ice, snow, and road slush. I believe we are done for the season.
