Lakemaster or Navionics

Which do you prefer. I am looking to cover Lake Michigan and WI inland lakes.

Don t know about Navionics, but i just got the Lakemaster Michigan chip for my garmin and am very pleased with the detail. The detail on Lake Michigan is awesome. My Chip covers all of Lake Michigan.

I have seen the Garmin Lakemaster maps and thought they were pretty good. Is the Humminbird Lakemaster pretty much the same?

Im not sure. If you go to the Lakemaster site they have example of the maps for hummingbird, lowrance, garmin:thumb:

My Navionics chip dose not had as much detail as Adams link.

The thing that worries me is that it says all of Lake Michigan in 5' and 10' contours, I would like to have more detail than that.

I have the Lake Master Pro chip in my Lowrance and love it has over 800 lakes and all of Lake MI most of Huron and Superior very nice detail and pretty accurate as well.

looks a lot like my lakemaster Wisconsin, that I run in my GPS from my car.Its so nice to be able to see the contours, and they are in 5 foot intervels.
