Jose Posted September 16, 2010 Posted September 16, 2010 Finally got back out on the water for probably the second time since mid-June. Based on reports we weren't expecting much. Set up in 82fow and trolled west. 94fow a rigger at 60 down with a wonderbread j plug pops, thought it was a laker cuz it was like cranking in a boot but we were pleasently surprised to find an 8.5lb steelhead. Made a circle back around and headed west again, hooked up with a small fish, which was shaped like a football brown but had a black mouth like a king. I may post a pic later to confirm with you guys that it was a king. After that we boated three lakers on blue dolphin spoons and a dipsey with a mtn dew spinny and fly in the same area. Next came an 11lb 4 yr old king loaded with eggs on the wonderbread. Last fish was a 6lb king on the same dipsey from earlier. Ended the night 7 for 7. Was a great night on the water! All fish were between 90fow and 110fow.

Just Hook'n Posted September 16, 2010 Posted September 16, 2010 SWEEEEEET on the 7 for 7. That is awesome this time of year. Especially in what I would call skinny water for this late in the season.
