Anyone have a decent place to store boats for the winter?

I have been doing some calling around, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any places that are better then the rest?

I have stored mine at Water Front Storage for the last 3 years and will be storing it there again this winter.

I live in the Zeeland area. Where is this place you're talking about for storing boats? I recently found a place off Port Sheldon, but willing to see if there's something better.
