This is not what I am seeing on NOAA. Where are you getting your forecast from? I would like another link to compare forecasts.

that was from noaa as well. it is the open water forecast, the near shore wasn't as bad.

how are you accessing noaa? i also like comparing different forecasts. its amazing how different they can be sometimes.

Hey Josh try these links

http://www.crh.noaa.gov/greatlakes/?c=map&l=gl&p=a&m=wh

The second one has a map that you can click on where you will be and gives you the forecast for that area.

I have a few more but these seem to be about the best.

Sure would be nice if the forecast was dead wrong....unlikely. Supposed to fish Saturday. May launch north one port and roll south to the dock if it is "managable"...

I guess you have to look at the posative side of all of this **** weather. That is there will be a few more fish hitting the gravel beds this year and with all of the rain they will have a chance to spawn out before the river fishermen can get a good shot at them. Hopefully more fish in a couple of years. I was planning on hitting some river mouths this week for steelhead but not with the 3" of rain that we got yesterday
