Milwaukee 8/23

Took a charter out of Milwaukee With Captain Russ, we had a great time, My son wants to do it again , Fished out deep for steelhead, He knew where to find them . Went 19 for 23 ? tossed back a couple shakers , in the bunch most were steelhead with a very nice Coho and my son came up with the big one again, 15lb king.

All this in about 2 hours of fishing!!!

Thanks Russ we all had a good time.

Wish I could afford a boat like that! Sweet!! Russ is very knowledgeable on fishing, I have never seen two guys work so well together as Russ and Luke.

Nice job Russ and Jim! You can learn alot in a short time by fishing with a charter captain. After reading your report, it looks like you went out with the right one!

Caught that fish on a 10-color lead core.

I could barely hang on to the fish when the picture was being taken. I couldn't use my other hand since it was still healing from when I sprained it at work Friday night. Oh yeah, and the fish bled all over my arm, my shorts and my new shoes!

Anyway, I pulled in 8 (or 9?) fish that night. Rods went off and I grabbed them. Russ said that most people won't grab them.
