TROUT TRACKER Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Hit the zoo Saturday 2/11 We started out dropping back bags and skien,My b-inlaw was the first to hook up on a pink bag but after a short battle the fish threw the hook:mad: A short time later I hooked up into this nice hen steelie on salmon skien Now I have got some fresh steelie skien:D I had another pick up but it spit it before I could set the hook. just before we left that hole I told my b-inlaw to work a plug back through the hole after working it back 75 ft a nice steel slammed the black/gold tot but it to came unstuck after a run at the boat and a jump,(this was his first time steelie fishing) Throughout the rest of the day we had several other hits on plugs but couldn't keep them stuck. Thats the way it goes sometimes. The water was still up a little and stained but fishable. See ya all on the water. Larry
