killerbe20 Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 i can second that, last week we had a ton of floating debris out to 5-10 miles off Racine. Figure it has to go somewhere, why not the other side!
jimcr Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 and you might have some sewage too, you can thank MMSD for that. they can't hold their poop.
Boltman Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 I third this, We saw some Logs out 2 miles straight out from Ludington and I cannot tell you How many ballons we've pick up this year, ok I will 10 or more.... it's getting ridiculuos.
JWheeler Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 .... it's getting ridiculuos.Agreed. I can understand things that are out of the control of humans, however, all of the crap and litter that "should" be controllable by humans that isn't and ends up in the lake is disgusting. All of the waste water treatment plants that overflow and spill into the great lakes is ridiculous and need to be fixed.

Many a balloon here too. One had our last 2 fish to limit out under it. Also a tag from a kids birthday asking to call. They released a dozen. Havent seen a log since spring but the scare the crap out of me knowing one could be out there in the dark:eek:
