Pentwater boat launch

Im going to Pentwater and fishing monday night and tuesday morning, where is the boat launch located?

As you are headed into town from the east, it will be on the left hand side of the road. It is before you get to the curve to the right. It's kind of tricky to see so keep your eyes open. Have fun over there~

can we sleep in the boat in the parking lot like ludville J?

No idea. I don't know what the laws / rules would be on that. It is a city launch, it has never been that busy when we've gone, I say give it a whirl.

Its been a few years but if memory serves me correct it is gated off until they open it in the morning. That was 4 years ago and there was a line up waiting in the morn. Not 100% positive to these details.

Eric, the boat launch is on E. Lake rd. near Judd

You will not be allowed to sleep in the boat.

I don't think there is a lock on the ramp.

It is not a big ramp.

You can also pay to launch at Charlies Marina. Charlies should have transient slips for rent.

Eric, it may be to late you may all ready left, but at Charlies you can stay on the boat was $35.00 a night, last I new also that get's you the fish cleaning area and the showers and bathroom on the west end of condos, there is no camping there, good luck.
