Bert's rod holder

I wasn't sure where to put this hopefully this was the right spot. I just wanted to give some kudos to the people at Bert's custom Tackle. My rod holder had a meeting wht a dock that broke the base. They are replacing it at cost. I thought this was very good of them. It's so rare now to get good customer services and places to back their product.

Jason, Those guys at Berts are ok. I had one of the tubes come off of one of my rod holders. They replaced it for me.

I wish I knew. I got out one time for a late shake down cruise and forgot the bolts for the down riggers so just ran some dipsies with no luck. I've heard reports that the lake trout fishing has been very good and they've been getting some big kings. I'm hoping to get out a few times in the next couple weeks. I'll post reports.

Hey Salmonquest I saw from your pics you have been fishing up in the straits. I'll be up there for 10 day starting next weekend. Was wondering if you could give me a couple tips for that area. I've never fished this water before. I'll be launching from the cheboygan river. Thanks
