Munising? Autrain? Marquette? L'Anse?

I'm heading up to the U.P. this Monday...how's the fishing up there? Haven't seen a report in awhile.

We're gonna stay at Van Riper, and fish Michagamme....but I'd also like to try Superior if the weather is good.

Probably a little late here. The fishing has been best in the KB out of Lanse. They are still picking salmon fairly consistently from what i am hearing. Munising, Autrain and Marquette are pretty good for Lake trout right now with the ocassional coho mixed in.

I would go to Lanse if it were me:thumb: Good luck!

Just got back, and with high winds all week we stuck to Lake Michigamme...and did well with the walleye.

With the wind munising bay would have been a good choice with the shelter behind the island and a few kings ,coho and a lot of splake and lake stinkers were picked up this past week. Everything is early this year even in superior.
