Wisconsin man designs, builds 3-person sub

Jim Kocourek spent the past five years designing and building his personal submersible, named the Bionic Guppy.Since May, when he finished enough of the sub to make it operable, Kocourek has taken a handful of dives into Lake Michigan, he said. His interests lie in searching for undiscovered shipwrecks in the Great Lakes.
