Hotdog71
A little rough going for us this morning. After getting held up by a train, we set lines at 6:50. We went deeper than the pack thinking the fish were ready to move out. No joy, so we headed back in. Finally, at 9:40, we got our first hit in 135 fow. A 10# king hit on a meat rig down 95 on a rigger. It ripped of 200 ft before we were able to get any line back. 10:00 the copper goes balistic. This fish took off and never stopped. Ripped almost 100 ft before the leader broke . 10:25 rigger with a green dolphin starts bouncing with a 5# Laker. 12:20 copper goes nuts again. After a 25 mins fight a nice 16# pound king came in. Pulled lines 12:45. Things seemed a little slow in G.H.. this morning. Tons of boats and many doing whatever they wanted. People were going eveywhich way causing many turns to avoid entaglements. It was like combat fishing at 120 ft. Oh well, at least the skunk made his way out of the box. Keep um' tight,
