j1musser Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Ended 7 for 9 in the Nee Hi with Fishwhisperer. 4 lakers and 3 kings. Fished 130-150fow after a nice swim on the beach. It was toasty!! JP Slammer Killer Pickle was hot lure and 1st time ever used a slammer:thumb:. This took 3 fish on a rigger down 142' as a fixed slider up 20'. The bottom of the rigger was a 11" Double Pearl Paddle with Blue Mist Siggs Rigg that took 2 fish. 400' copper with MS Flounder Pounder took 1. My wire rod took its 1st fish of the season 235' out on 2 with a Mag ring- double crush glow Lg size Spin Doctor with a Green Siggs Fly on its way out after switching up flies. Missed a fish on the 400' copper and 200' copper. Marked alot 60-70 down but caught all deeper. It was a day of 1st with my wire rod, JP Slammers, and big paddles/flashers. Surface at beach- 83, 130' surface- 77. The Nee Hi gets er done again on a beautiful day!!! Pics to come
