Contest will be held Saturday, July 31st, 2010 Time out 7:00 a.m., time in 4:00 p.m. must be at check-in by 4:30 p.m. -no exceptions. In case of bad weather conditions, the date will be Sunday August 1st 2010; same launch time and checkin. Check-in at Linwood Beach Marina. Allow enough time to be in. Weigh-in will be at Linwood Beach Marina.2. Entry Fee - $200.00 per boat. State maximum allowed for lines and 4 persons per boat.3. All entrants must have their boats checked at the official checkpoint at Linwood Beach Marina by 6:30 a.m. or prior toentering the tournament. Official launching will take place at Linwood Beach Marina. Captains meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Friday July 30th, 2010.4. Entrants must hold a valid Michigan fishing license or be exempt (under 17 years) from holding a license and abide bythe rules and reel limits set forth by the Department of Natural Resources.5. Entrants will be subject to disqualification should it be determined that the presented fish were not caught during anentry ticket to this contest, the entrant acknowledges receipt of a copy of the rules and regulations, and agrees to abide byall the stated and implied conditions.6. Only one (1) fish per boat will be weighed for largest walleye.7. Walleye is the only fish that will be allowed to receive points at weigh-in; no other species will be eligible.8. All fish entered must be caught by hook and line, the day of the contest, within the designated fishing area: all ofSaginaw Bay and Lake Huron.9. Fishing competition is completed at the designated time that day, or when a boat comes ashore; whichever comes first.10. Boats used by entrants must meet all Federal and State boat safety requirements, and able to carry the Specifiedamount of people and gear. All boats will be inspected prior to being allowed to enter the water at the start of the contest.11. All boats must display regulation pennants at all times.12. Protests may be filed after the 4:30 p.m. weigh-in with the contest committee. A $200.00 protest fee will be chargedfor any protest filed. If the protest is up-held the $200.00 will be refunded.13. Each entrant agrees to hold any of the contest sponsors harmless from any liability of any nature and kind, for anyinjuries and/or disagreements suffered by the entrant before, during, and after the contest.14. All fish must be taken to Linwood Beach Marina for official weigh-in.15. FOR YOUR SAFETY: Even if you have no fish to weigh-in, please check in at the weigh-in area so we know allentrants have returned to shore.16. By signing the entry form, the entrant absolves Linwood Beach Marina, and all connecting sponsors from any and allliabilities due to injuries to themselves or others during the tournament. Tournament officials reserve the right to refuseentry to any individuals.17. Saginaw Bay Walleye Tournament suggests no alcohol in boat. All State boating laws are in effect during thistournament.18. Contestants will be disqualified for violation of any tournament rules. There will be no refund of entry fees.19. Categories consist of:I. Most lbs. for (5) fishA. total weightB. tiebreaker - largest fish on the stringer downII. Largest Walleye (part of 5 fish limit)A. weightB. tie breaker - length20. All prizes with the exception of the LARGEST WALLEYE will be team prizes.
