mj6131
Took a short evening cruise, ended up 3 for 4. Set lines about 7:30 in 100', turned SE, as that was the nicest ride. Angled back to 80', nothing. Turned back out, saw a little twitch in rigger at 65', a shaker 20# laker? Released him, nothing else until just before the sun touched the water. At 100', rigger at 60', moonshine orange flounder, went off, 4# coho. Wire dipsey w/blue SD, Siggs fly, went, fish had a really bad attitude, tried to get to run, all it wanted to do were these really violent head shakes. As I got him close to the boat, looked to be an 8 to 10 king, I must have reeled the swivel into the top eye, and given him some leverage, he straightened the swivel out! Goodbye fish, $25. 60' rigger went soon after this, 5# king. I would have liked to have stayed out for some night fishing, but have an early doctor appt. tomorrow (bogus), but I'm 100% certain he's going to prescribe that I take the rest of the day off and go perch fishing. (excellent!)

Just Hook'n
NICE LAKER. that may have gone on the wall for me. I'm trying to get one of every kind of salmon/trout, or at least the main 4 or 5.
