Hotdog71
Since we're supposed to have bad weather on Wednesday, I decided to get one last trip in tonight. We went 2 for 3. Dad and I headed out and dropped our gear in 100 fow. We picked up our first fishon a sw troll in 121 fow on 300 copper with a jj macmuffin. Second fish we found at 100 fow 80 down on a rigger dragging a mag green dolphin on a e troll. The release we had was when Dad was taking a picture of the sunset. When I turned around the rod had popped. I reeled as fast as possible, but no joy, the fish was gone.BTW-- If you find yourself fishing in front of the pierheads in 120 fow watch out for a large white jug. It appears to be marking something large or immovable. I got a little to close to it tonight. There aren't any nets there, are there????Keep 'um tightBob
Paulywood
Shouldn't be any nets down there. Maybe it's marking a shipwreck or other dive site? Either way, good job on the fish!
Losin Lures
I believe it is actually marking a shipwreck
