buy 24 hour license with your cell phone?

heard something about you could now buy a 24 hour licencse 24/7 with your cell phone if you have internet access and a credit card. I think they put it in the data base and if the c.o. checks you they just radio in to see if you bought one. Anyone else heard about that?

I always buy my license on line. I then print 2 copies. One is in my billfold the other in the glove compartment of my boat. It's the way to go. I'm into the sporting shops regularly and pick up a copy of the rules. The rules can also be viewed on line. I usually glance at the rules while doing one of my daily jobs. I think it's great. How many times have you picked someone up in the morning and they don't have a license? I know we have been to the Meijer in Ludington a few times at 4 am.
