EdB Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 Fishing was tougher today and we picked away. We had quite a few undersize, a good sign, and ended up with 9 walleyes for 3 of us. We hit 5 nice fish early when we stopped in 17ft of water out front. Then we trolled out to 26 ft of water and hit some more. Spoons on riggers on the bottom were the best. Diver disks out 65 to 100 ft depending on the water depth. Small Dreamweavers, Stingers and Streaks, copper back and purples were best. Lot of trash and weeds in the water from the storms, we had to fight the weeds on our lures all day. Less weeds inside than out deep. Some stable weather should set things back up. Good luck!
Line Dancin Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 nice job guys. hopefully we will be back down there the last weekend of june.
GLF Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 Nice job Ed. Its never fun when you constantly have to pull your baits in to remove the weeds.
