DIRTY DOG Posted May 30, 2010 Posted May 30, 2010 Wow another great day for a boat ride, and the fish bite a little also. Well here it is, I left the dock at 5:30 with Plumkrazy, Adam, and Fishinmachine. We went north west to around 3 miles south of Port sheldon and set lines in 120 fow and went on a n.w. troll. In 140 we started seeing good marks and started to get bit. we worked this area the rest of the day and made it west to 185 at one point , but the best water was 140 to 160 and the direction did not seem to mater , BUT the speed did, no mater what direction we trolled the speed that was prefered was around 2.2 to 2.3 on the gps. We ended the day going 8 for 10, all kings 2 very nice 13 to 14 lbers 2 around 5lbs , 3 shakers that did not make it and 1 shaker that was realeased . Here it what worked. Craigs x-mas reverse on a 7 coler Flee for all as a slider on a rigger 60 down Glow Froggy Singray on a full core Metalic frog stingray on a full core Blue Dolphin mini streak as a slider on a rigger 70 down 11 in double pearl pro troll and a sour apple fly 120 down on a rigger and a d.w.blue buble glow paddle and siggs riggs fly 150 down on a rigger Thanks for comeing out Phil, Adam ,and Bob.
