Won a few Pro King packages last year fishing and had hundreds of dollars of Pro Kings brand new lying around in packages and hadn’t used them. Decided to run a Pro King only spread in St Joe and we really whacked the fish.

Saturday in the fog we followed a boat with radar SW to 130 FOW and set up on a WSW troll. We got a few fish early and the water temp dropped to 50 degrees on surface as we passed into 200 FOW. We trolled out to 239 FOW before we decided to reverse out track and head back towards port at some point. We never saw another boat until we got back into 170 fow and the fog had cleared some.

#2006 was great on the riggers 45-80 down for kings, especially early on.

#2049 and 135 was smoking hot on the half core and 75 copper. Coho candy! We landed 10 coho on these rods.

#2045 did well on the 200-250 coppers later in the day on kings and ho’s.

Sunday we only fished until 10am and boated 11 fish. We fished straight out from 75 to 170 fow and then back to 100 fow when we pulled them. #2006 and #2045 were studs on riggers and 200 coppers. Diver with white paddle green fly took off Sun as well on a wire diver set to 1.5 120-170 back.
