anthonyyost
My dad and I got out in Ludington about 10:30 a.m., fished until 3:00. Overcast and rainy, and the wind picked up at times. We did catch 3 salmon, one at 12#, the other two probably around 3#. The first two came on cut bait using Captain John Black Mamba rig. I had some bait left from last summer in the freezer, it was kind of mushy and yellow, but the 12# salmon hit it hard and swallowed the trebles. All fish were caught in around 200' of water.Very nice day to be on the water, even though we had to wear our rain suits all day:)
