Yard Sailing

Went to a yard sale and picked up some brand new fishing stuff, Got two diawa dipsy rods, one heartland and one firewolf and a magda pro 30dx all for $63 dollars. Everything still had all the tags on it and were brand new. The guy had probably 30 other various bass fishing and walleye fishing rods for sale too, even a few Steelhead rods. The guy said he was a distributor to the bait shops in the area and was selling all the samples he had.

Was it worth it?

Sounds like a good deal to me. It's nice to have the diver rods match, so they both have the same bend. The bend in the diver rod is a good indicator of trolling speed.
