Regard less get a SLR

The bigger question is, how much do you want to spend on lenses?

I took these with a Canon 1D. (pro series DSLR) They can be picked up used for $450-$500. The lens was a Canon 100-400mm L series. Used around $900-$100.

I've seen some pretty good deals on Craigs List for the older 10D or 20D. Both of witch take great shots.

Check out Craigs list in Minneapolis. There seams to be a lot of photographers there.
