The shake down od the DIRTY DOG II

Well with the coho fishing under way I was rushing around all week trying to get the dog ready for the week end .

On wensday I took fishinmachine to south haven with me . we ran down to the power plant and back, after makeing sure ever thing was working write we set a few lines in front of the peirs and fished our way down to just south of deer lick creek and picked up 1 nice steelhead and a nice spring king.

We fished from 10 to 30 fow with hi lines and 2 riggers the only bait that worked was a black and silver reble fast track on a hi line

Im guessing the king was around 10 or so lbs , and yes the new dog is great , it handles completely differant than the old one.

GJ, You old Dog you. The new Dirty Dog is a sight to behold. Ya know I love them Islanders. They are are a nice big water boat for us "Po Boys".
