With the advice from a few of the members from this website, we went south of the piers this morning. We ended with day with 8 for 11, all cohos, nothing huge, but good eaters. We left around 2:00 because the water was getting rough. This is what worked for us: 5 on double orange crush, 1 on tequila sunrise, 2 on jointed firetiger rapala, and 3 on a bait that Sea-Mac gave us at the boat launch. Thank you for that, it worked great. It was nice meeting you.

I want to say thanks for everybody's advice, and hopefully, I'll meet more of the members from this site.

Sounds like a great day on the water for sure. Sea Mac, what is this lure that you are giving away? And where can I get mine:lol:

Nice work katrina.

Glad you had a good experience in St joe.

I hope you come down for the brown blast.

It is a cheaper tournament to enter and should be a lot of fun.

It will be my first time at the actual brown blast, but I got a real good chance to get to know a lot of the boats last year in tournaments and I'm really looking forward to it.

The brown blast will give you a good idea of what smaller to mid size tournaments are all about. Hope to see you there.
