News Posted March 25, 2010 Share Posted March 25, 2010 Lake St. Clair faces a growing threat from phosphorous pollution, according to the Essex Region Conservation Authority's director of watershed restoration. The lake saw huge successes in the '70s, '80s and '90s but in the last eight to 10 years there's been an increase in nutrients such as phosphorous which help algae grow. More...
