Yoda Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 The clear tubing in the packages are for running braid lines. Also unless they "Improved" some how where the line is pinched to hold it in place, braid will cut a groove in the top of the diver, making it useless, a bit of epoxy will fix it if it happens
charlie Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 Hi Guys This may helphttp://www.slidediver.com/Update.html
S. Yonker Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 got a couple old slide divers at a garage sale the other day, any way to replace the rubber line stops on them? Im planning on using them with braided line. I'm using a pieces of surgical tubing for the line stops as well as a replacement for the spring/vinyl tubing up on the release arm. Most decent bait shops carry the surgical tubing to insert lead into for a river snagless sinker set-up.
