mattmishler Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Me and a buddie went out about 3:30 set up in 21 fow and the screen was lit from top to bottom with fish. Didnt keep anything less that 7 inches. The color really didnt matter and some times i was catchin fish on just the jigs with out waxys some times. I had a back and orange on. We pulled up at 5:30 though we had our fill end with 46 gills and sunfish. Didnt really need the vex i was mostly sight fishin. Great time on the water one of the best days iv had.

bluedevil Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 I dont do much fishing localy but I did fish Nestor Lake(between Harrison and Clare) last Sunday with one keeper pike and one nice gill. Gills were there just could'nt get them to bite. Had good schools come through about every 15min but they were tight lipped.
