If his intention wasn't commercial, than what did he plan to do with 1,100 pound of fish?

Good to see some punishment handed out.

Not long enough in my opinion and HOW in the world do we let these guys get licenses in 4 years. They should NEVER be allowed to fish again, especially with the history.

I think their time might be a little short, nonetheless i LOVE how the judge separated his jail time so he would be behind the bars during two different spawns:D
