okuma spring

i realise parts are in a reel for a reason...but i had a little accident swapping out drag washers....its part 204 and is called a compression spring...it no longer resides in 2 of my reels..what do you think will the reels life go on with out it or should i hunt a couple down

Try calling Okuma, Last I heard if it would fit in an envelope, they would ship it free.

in case anyone else deals with this problem...went to tunas reel troubles and they told me they remove them springs anyway...just passing that along

I dont use Okuma, but thanks for the great post. Im sure thats useful to allot of folks.
