flyman013 Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 So I miss being out on the boat already, but gives me more time for my other passion, flying. Took my wife for a short ride to the Lakeshore and got a perspective of how big the lake really is. It looks different from the air. For those that go out of South Haven, you may recognize the places. Here is the pier going out. You can really get a feel of how massive the Great Lakes are. Here's the Black River west of the drawbridge. GLF, maybe you can pick your spot for next year. This must be why they call it the Black River. Looks like the snow fences are up.
Adam Bomb Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Cool pics Peter. Are you available on Fridays from Mid July through September? I could get to the boat allot quicker that way!...lol

GLF Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Great shots Peter. Unfortunately, the boat will be up river from the bridge.
Priority1 Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Peter, Very nice pics. They do give a whole new perspective to Lake MI.
Just Hook'n Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Sweet shots. Very cool to see it from that perspective. Thanks for sharing.
