Grand Haven Pier part 2

Went out Sunday morning at daybreak til 10 casting glow in the dark spoons. No bites.

Stopped by 6th Street Dam in Grand Rapids on the way home. Saw some fish but no one was hooking up.

Am I too early, too late, wrong lure..?

Let me know guys what you think. I could use your advice.

WE have been doing very well at 6th st last week, i hit up a smaller river a little north and found a few fish, but by thrusday they should be in the tribs

shouldnt be too late they should be just starting, heard a few reports gettin males in the pier heads trolling so the run should be soon.

thanks dog.....I read post and after watching winds, weather and webcams intently for the last 2 weeks I thought "aaawww crap I missed it AGAIN!!!!!" whoa....that was a close one!!

It's time now to get to the piers.

I fished the last 2 days at a SWM pier and channel.

Saturday morning I never had a hit, but my group ended up with 3 all on casting spoons. No color was better then any other.

I saw 10 fish caught

Last night I trolled the channel and harbor for 3 hours getting 1 shaker and a white bass

Sunday morning was mostly unfishable off the pier.

Good things will come to those who wait.
