Anyone doing anything special for the bow opener?

Tonight we're having company. I'm cooking some special ven steaks I've been saving. We're having a big feast then watching escanaba in da moonlight.

I am doing something very special for this years bow opener.....Sitting in a tree stand.....

I am geek'ed for this years deer season. I was to busy last year and never made it out. I will be hunting Thur-Sun, deer or no deer. I cant even watch hunting shows anymore cause I start to get too antsy...

I will be working all day, fallowed by a double header soft ball game. If I'm not to sore to climb into my stand, I will be out Friday evening.

I've been getting alot of pics of this one buck on my trail cam this summer. I recognized him from last year. Glad he survived! I'm hoping to see him broadside quartered slightly away, opening morning

It's funny how those two young bucks have been following the older one around. All summer long everytime I saw them they were together. I guess he's their hero

Seeing those bachelor groups is really cool. Im sure they like him now, but when they get gored by those antlers that first time im sure itll change thier tune...So, you better put em down on the opener to save them the suffering....Man, whatta buck!!!

he's my hero too dang nice pics man and i will be killing something oct 1st. seen some real nice ones all summer while choppin wood for the winter so if goes as planned fresh backstraps
