Sea-Mac Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 First the report. Fished from 6am-noon with Da-Anvil and Chris. Set up in 110fow and headed west/sw,made it out to 220fow. Fished surface down to 75. 3 color- cores-DW Yellow Jacket/Bumble bees 4 color- Glo wonderbread 12 color- U of M frog Riggers had- Super screw, Big white paddle/Homosayzwhat fly, Moonshine Brooke Trout. Dipseys 175 back -Yellow nbk SD/No see-um Ended up with 4 steel, 2 coho, 2 kings, and a laker. Had a friendly visitor come and eat all the bugs off the boat for us. I had taken alot of pictures with my good cam but I had left the card in the computer here at home again so all the pics r phone quality. (bummer). Here is Nick w/his new buddy Perchin Go Fish!

Just Hook'n Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Great job on the catch. Almost a slam. Is this the first year we are all seeing these birds? Seems like they are all out deep too. I always see them out in 200+ fow.

Adam Bomb Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Nice job out there.Just an FYI, even though your camera didnt have the chip in it should have an internal memory on it and you should have those pics on the camera unless the capacity was already full. Just plug in your USB Cable and load those pics on your computer.

SPOONWASHER Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Great job on the fish! We had the same type of bird on our boat Sunday and he stayed with us for close to 2 hours. He would just fly around and eat all the flies. He even landed on me a time or two lol.

tltorrice Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 I had a bird like that hang out with me while we were in Manistee two weeks ago. We were about 5 miles off shore. He hung around for about an hour and actually took a nap.
