SUPERTRAMP Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 Got on the water at about 4:30PM for a quick afternoon trip on the Supertramp, and we could have stayed home and had as much action. Set up in about 45 FOW on the edge of the mud, surface temp was 65 degrees and we were marking fish from 20 to 35' down, stayed there for a while and no takers, trolled out to 105' and had a rip on power pro dipsey set on 3 out 180, and couldn't keep it buttoned. Then had a hit on rigger down 54 and it was gone befor we could get the rod out of the holder. No more action and pulled up and headed in to the pier heads and re set and made 2 passes there then called it quits at 8:45PM. Saw 1 stovepipe colored Coho taken off the south pier and that was all the action. A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work.MikeSUPERTRAMP
