water_ratz Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 Left Great Lakes Marina at 5:30 PM and had lines in the water by 6:00 PM.Set lines in 110FOW. Trolled for an hour and a half around that depth with nothing going. Decided to pull lines and head out to 220FOW. In 190 we got our first fish, 8# king, 70 down on a rigger. Next 2 came on Moonshine spoons on the riggers 55 and 65 down. Fish seemed to shut off around 9PM. Ended the night 3 for 5.
GLF Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Nice job Gary!Welcome to the website. I slip at Bluffton Bay. One of the guys who fishes with me is slipped at Great Lakes Marina. What is your boat name?
Waterwolf Fishing Team Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 Hey Gary, I talked to you on monday, I had the Four Winns on B-1. I just want to let you know I've been fishing every day this week and I'm still getting them out deep. Wed. night I ended up at 175 FOW when the dinner bell rang and caught a few. Otherwise before the sun goes down, it's anywhere from 130 to 220 FOW.
