Toploader427 Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 Try this...season fillet how you like then...(I like "Old Bay Blackened", Lawry's, and Lemon Pepper) then coat / cover one side with a coating of Hellmans Mayo. Grill on oiled foil until mayo is browned over. Enjoy
