Grilled Salmon w/ Mayo

Try this...

season fillet how you like then...(I like "Old Bay Blackened", Lawry's, and Lemon Pepper) then coat / cover one side with a coating of Hellmans Mayo. Grill on oiled foil until mayo is browned over. Enjoy

My buddy always told me about a recipe like that. Said it doesnt sound good, but its awesome...Still havent tried it...I need to give it a shot.
