wild at heart Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 We boated our first king over 20# yesterday. It took us 4 1/2 years to do it. She weighed 22.98. 9 out of 12 we took were females with 8 over 10#. 4 were already sporting a slight suntan.

GLF Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Thats a beauty Kevin! You might want to have your pants/shorts zipped up for future pictures.
stel Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Sweet! Nice Job! I seen a fish pushing 20 lb up at Frankfort this wkd. Looking good!
wild at heart Posted July 26, 2009 Author Posted July 26, 2009 The picture is not me but one of my crew. He is trying to secretly indicate that this king was caught on a "flasher/fly" set up since I won't let them give out that info durning a tournament week.
trollperchsand? Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 Nice Catch! The wish the lake was that calm right now...

Hollandpiper Posted July 27, 2009 Posted July 27, 2009 Kevin,We had a good weigh in @ the Benefit 4 Kids tournament in Muskegon, with our big fish @ 16+ lbs. I was excited about that, since we have not done well out of PS this year. So, as Lloyd said to Mary in Dumb & Dumber - "So you're telling me there's a chance... YEAH!" Sorry for the cheesy response, but unfortunately it is the first thing that came to my head!?!?! Must be sleep deprived. Anyway, great job on the fish & I'll talk to you on the lake(~:Alex
Noah Genda 25 Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 that is a very nice fish, I can only hope there is one of those big brutes out there for me!!!!!!!!!
