DIRTY DOG Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 well i went back out with heavy action this mornig and ended up 7 for 8 we started out in 15 fow in front of the peirs as i heard that they where getting stealys in there all week but we never marked a fish or had a hit {made 6 passes}water was back up to 60 deg. so we turned and headed west and had the fist hit at about 25 on a 1/2 core with a criags x- mas it was a nice 10" perch we did mark a pile of them in that area next fish came on a org. nbk stinger on a rigger in 50fow 25 down this was a 4#steal head third came at 80 on a green and silver stinger with org. dots on a 1/2 core fourth was on a rigger 55 down with ahawg wild stinger at 105 fith was a miss in the same water as the fourth sixth was on the green and siver stinger as before on a 1/2 cor in 110 this was a 6 #king and the last was a 6 # king on a full cor in 125 with a goldy locks d.w. water did not cool off on the top till we got to about 80 foot . best troll was west at 2.7 to 3.0 fished from 5:45 till 12:00 i will be back in the morning if it is not raining to fard and seas are 4 ft or less best of luck DIRTY DOG

DIRTY DOG Posted June 18, 2006 Author Posted June 18, 2006 i think i got it figured out i checked with 4 of the charters and they only reported 4 to 6 fish and most of them where smaller kings {2 to 5 lbs} i did see there catch becouse they came in the same time we did and when they went out this morning they all went s.w. and looked like way off shore also for got the last fish was a 4 lb laker on a 1/2 cor in 90 on the say stinger as the stealys where on these were all the sting ray size
